PlayStation 4 and Vita to have Cross-Platform Party Chat - News

The president of Sony Worldwide Studios for Sony Computer Entertainment Shuhei Yoshida has confirmed via Twitter that the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita will feature cross party chat. This isn't the first time that Yoshida has confirmed something via Twitter.

"Mr Yoshida I have a question. if I have a friend playing Vita can I invite him into my party chat on PS4? cross platform chat," Yoshida was asked on Twitter. He simply responded, "yes."

Man. I'm sooo happy with this o/ I miss so much the Party Chat on PS3.

Good news. But that was actually pretty much basic, so it didn't needed a lot of confirmation, but it's always good to have an official word.
