Capcom Revenue Down 6%, Profits Drop 37% - News

Revenue dropped six percent to ¥17.46 billion, from ¥18.62 billion during the same period a year ago. Profits dropped 37 percent to ¥0.83 billion, from ¥1.32 billion.
Resident Evil: Revelations sales were on par with projections. Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen digital sales were solid and sales for the online title Monster Hunter Frontier G remained steady. Capcom has made good strides in breaking into the Taiwan market.
Capcom's forecast for the full fiscal year which ens March 31, 2014 are the same as before. Revenue is expected to reach ¥97 billion , while profits are expected to be ¥6.8 billion.
