I hope Nintendo has other holiday games other than these.
Another 15 million + seller that's for sure.
Between this being on the horizon for holiday 2021 and legends slated for early 2022, clearly the cliff is nowhere to be seen. What I can see however...is a new peak.
Graphics looks absolutely disgusting seriously game freak it's 2021
After searching da devs it's ilca inc whatever my bad haha but still a huge disappointment I was totally looking forward to this now they just plain ruined it!
for once it's not GameFreak, but somehow they managed to bring worse to work on them. GameFreak supervised the developement, and guess what? they seem to be happy with it (dumb and dumber here).
Yeah...this wasn't made by Game Freak and I can't believe I'm saying this, but it shows.
watch Pokemon Presents, it's not game freak
Remember " graphics makes the game "
Basically all they had to do is to rework the graphics. What were expecting people to be complaining about in a remake? the content that they already know?
Well.. yeah.. partially yes. If graphics wouldnt matter, then we would all be playing board games instead.
D'awww! Look at chibi Dawn! Adorable!
actually I prefer this original art style and camera angle instead of the tiny 3D world we got in Sword/Shield
I really don't like that morphed chibi look tbh. Visuals on some scenes also look like a step down from previous remakes as well.
Not gonna go for it I think, especially knowing it'll be £60
Yeah Switch doing big numbers this year
Legends arceus is the one we should be waiting for,
That trailer was amazing unlike this garbage...
Remakes should be matching gameplay/graphics wise to current game
Just like shika saying hg/ss = dpp, oras = xy,
It wouldve been a ton of work for these current remakes to replicate sw/sh style but that's what its suppose to be...
I started off with Pokemon Blue and skipped every Pokemon release right up to Sword and Shield (Which was a pretty average game).
So going back and revisiting this title (Top down view or not) will be interesting.
I knew the art style wasn’t going to get some hate and I wasn’t wrong. I don’t actually mind it that much.
Diamond and pearl remake had to be faithful. A let's go would have been a kick in the groin. They went the link's awakening route, although uglier. But it's 6 months out. The visuals could change.
I fcking agree it should be sw/sh style so trading can be allowed between games just like oras was to xy seriously...
