Popular free-to-play shooter Combat Arms has received a new update that adds a brand new mode.

Players of Nexon Europe's PC game can now participate in a Pure Combat Mode. Nexon Europe describes the mode as "eSport ready", and is the game in its most balanced form. It was added after players complained that certain arenas were only competitive with certain loadouts.

The new mode features its own inventory, which allows players to use several different types of weapons and items. This will allow players to form their own strategies to become successful in Combat Arms' latest mode. A full list of available weapons can be found on Nexon Europe's site.

A sequel to Combat Arms, entitled Line of Sight, is currently in beta testing and is expected to launch later this year.

Lol, this that ugly graphic online shooter that my roommate plays like all day long. Never thought it was a very fun game. The game has like 40+ maps, but only like 4 or 5 are good maps. Has a ton of glitches that people exploit. Not to mention tons of hackers. Plus the game is just filled with camper positions... i never saw what he sees in it.
