There are nine games in the top 40 to be in its final week: Eight of the nine games are for the PlayStation 4 which launched today on November 15. Call of Duty Ghosts, Battlefield 4, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Madden NFL 25, NBA 2K14, Knack, and FIFA Soccer 14.
First week sales for the PlayStation 4 are expected to set an opening week record for a console. The console is expected to sell around one million units in its opening week.
Five games have 200,000 or more pre-orders, down from seven last week, and the top 15 has 100,000 or more pre-orders, up from 15 last week. Five games added 20,000 or more pre-orders, the same as last week and 20 added 10,000 or more, up from 16 last week.
Games in Final Week Before Launch

Call of Duty: Ghosts (PS4) added 80,454 pre-orders for a final total of 440,772. Expect first week sales in the USA at retail to be in the 450,000 to 600,000 unit range. Expect the game to sell between 1.5 million and 2 million units.
Now when we compare the combined pre-orders of Ghosts for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 it is 305,000 pre-orders behind Black Ops II for the PlayStation 3.

Battlefield 4 (PS4) added 20,297 pre-orders for a final total of 360,563. Expect first week sales in the USA at retail to be in the 375,000 to 450,000 unit range. Expect the game to sell between 1 million and 1.5 million units.
Now when we compare the combined pre-orders of Battlefield 4 for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 it is 36,000 pre-orders ahead of Battlefield 3 for the PlayStation 3.
Killzone: Shadow Fall (PS4) added 20,268 pre-orders for a final total of 303,552. Expect first week sales in the USA at retail to be in the 350,000 to 450,000 unit range. Expect the game to sell between 1 million and 1.5 million units.
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag (PS4) added 35,756 pre-orders for a final total of 287,610. Expect first week sales in the USA at retail to be in the 325,000 to 400,000 unit range. Expect the game to sell between 800,000 and 1.2 million units.
Madden NFL 25 (PS4) added 12,590 pre-orders for a final total of 105,630. Expect first week sales in the USA at retail to be in the 125,000 to 175,000 unit range. Expect the game to sell between 400,000 and 600,000 units.
NBA 2K14 (PS4) added 13,567 pre-orders for a final total of 87,020. Expect first week sales in the USA at retail to be in the 100,000 to 150,000 unit range. Expect the game to sell between 300,000 and 450,000 units.
Knack (PS4) added 10,238 pre-orders for a final total of 82,579. Expect first week sales in the USA at retail to be in the 100,000 to 150,000 unit range. Expect the game to sell between 300,000 and 450,000 units.
FIFA Soccer 14 (PS4) added 8,327 pre-orders for a final total of 68,986. Expect first week sales in the USA at retail to be in the 75,000 to 125,000 unit range. Expect the game to sell between 250,000 and 400,000 units.
Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus (PS3) added 12,452 pre-orders for a final total of 57,824. Expect first week sales in the USA at retail to be in the 70,000 to 100,000 unit range. Expect the game to sell between 200,000 and 300,000 units.
Major Performers in the U.S. – Week Ending November 16
Call of Duty: Ghosts (X360) sales are expected to drop to around 600,000 units in its second week on sale. The PlayStation 3 version is expected to drop to around 340,000. The PC version is expected to drop to around 20,000 units. The Wii U version is expected to drop to around 8,000 units.
Hardware and software sales are expected to increase across the board. It is also the first week the PlayStation 4 is on sale. The console is expected to sell around one million units in its first week.
Other Hot Games – In Order of Release

Battlefield 4 (XOne) added 16,608 pre-orders, up from 14,008 last week, for a total of 187,408. The game is two weeks away from launch in the USA, November 22, 2013. When you add in the Xbox 360 version of Battlefield 4 and compare it to Battlefield 3 the game is 333,000 pre-orders behind.

Call of Duty: Ghosts (XOne) added 56,469 pre-orders, up from 38,114 last week, for a total of 431,764. The game is two weeks away from launch in the USA, November 22, 2013. When you add in the Xbox 360 version of Call of Duty and compare it to Call of Duty: Black Ops II the game is 629,000 pre-orders behind.
Notable mentions: Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag (XOne) added 19,635 pre-orders for a total of 176,484. Forza Motorsport 5 (XOne) added 19,597 pre-orders for a total of 128,951. Dead Rising 3 (XOne) added 14,811 pre-orders for a total of 115,505. Ryse: Son of Rome (XOne) added 14,558 pre-orders for a total of 111,884.
Requests: Thief (PS4) added 3,865 pre-orders for a total of 14,073. Thief (XOne) added 1,918 pre-orders for a total of 9,994. Thief (X360) added 87 pre-orders for a total of 2,767.

XB1 : Around 35-45%
PS4 : Around 55-65%
Currently the preorders market share for XB1 is 42.4% overall, and 39.4% for third parties, which is more representative in the long run. Those numbers will more likely improve in favor of PS4 in the upcoming months / years due to the network & catapult effects from the rest of the world, in addition to the more price sensitive casual crowd, who will favor PS4.

Wow the console exclusives are really loosing out to the big names like Battlefield, Call of Duty and Assassins Creed.
Surprised Dead Rising 3 is not doing better than it is.
you guys forgot the fact that need for speed is already released for the ps4 as well. It's release date is Nov. 15.
