New World Had Over 1 Million Players on Launch Day - News

Publisher Amazon Games' MMORPG, New World, on its launch day earlier this week surpassed 700,000 concurrent players, while it also topped 900,000 viewers on Twitch.
The official New World Twitter revealed the game had over one million players on its launch day and it has steadily increased each day after that. Amazon Games has worked to double the number of servers to increase the capacity of players who can play at any given time.
New World is available for PC via Steam.

The game is surprisingly gaining traction! Usually launch day has the most players then starts to go downwards till it evens out. It was a little over 700,000 concurrent players on launch. Today it's nearing 800,000 concurrent players. It most likely is going to go even higher over the weekend!
