Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Unity released earlier this week and there has been reports of many issues with the game on all platforms. Players have complained about frame-rate drops, glitches, and pop-ins. Digital Foundry has tested the games and the frame-rate drop issues isn't as bad on the Xbox One version when compared to the PlayStation 4 version.

Ubisoft has stated in a blog post that it is working on fixing the issues with the games. There is a Day 1 update for the game that fixes some of the issues. The next update will fix more issues including "Arno falling through the ground, Game crashing when joining a co-op session, Arno getting caught inside of hay carts, [and the] delay in reaching the main menu screen at game start."

Ubisoft also has more updates planned that will fix the frame-rate issues, the co-op matchmaking issues, graphical issues, collision issues, and the Helix Credits issues.

Ubisoft's community managers has also stated in a forum post they are aware of the issues on the PC and that it is due to AMD graphics cards.

"We are aware that the graphics performance of Assassin’s Creed Unity on PC may be adversely affected by certain AMD CPU and GPU configurations," read the forum post. "This should not affect the vast majority of PC players, but rest assured that AMD and Ubisoft are continuing to work together closely to resolve the issue, and will provide more information as soon as it is available."

I dont even get how this is an issue on the Amd side, the ps4/x1 are made from Amd architecture so Ubisoft should have had enough experience with Amd just from those two platforms as it is. Wtf...

LOL AMD's fault. Stop using Nvidia to code your games and your games will stop mysteriously having trouble on AMD hardware. Everyone knows that Nvidia programs stupid shit into their titles to nerf AMD performance.

Not to mention, didn't ehy try to blame the performance lock to the Xbox before launch, just to find that the xbox is performing better during gameplay than the ps4.

As far as I am concerned, I will not buy anymore Ubisoft games. I can accept bugs, poor design, etc, but I cannot accept them lying all the damn time. If you can't be honest, then you can't have my dollar.
