Assassin's Creed Unity hit store shelves in the US today. There are reports that there are performance issues on all platforms, including the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

The PlayStation version of Assassin's Creed Unity has been having huge frame-rate drops, glitches, and pop-ins according to Dealspwn. Nowgamer is reporting the Xbox One version is also suffering from frame-rate drops. The games FPS has dropped below 30.

"I would like to warn anyone thinking about buying this game," said thewouldbeking on Reddit. "I got it with my Xbox bundle. I just started it, and it runs sub 30 frames per second constantly. I would advise to wait until its fixed or not buy it at all. It is practically unplayable."

Assassin's Creed Unity appears to work fine on high-end PCs, however there are issues on low-end PCs. There is a post on NeoGaf that cutscenes FPS has dropped into the 20s. The game runs smoothly on 720p, but it becomes blurry.
