Super Smash Bros. for 3DS Sales Top 3 Million Units Worldwide - News

The handheld has managed to sell more than 200,000 units for three straight weeks and sell more than 100,000 units in six of the seven week Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS has been on sale.
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS has hit a new milestone on the week ending October 25. The game has now sold more than three million units at retail worldwide. Japan is the biggest region where the game has sold 1.67 million units. It has also sold 926,280 units in the US and 314,009 units in Europe.
Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS launched on October 3 in North America and Europe, and September 13 in Japan. Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Wii U will launch on November 21 in North America, December 5 in Europe and December 6 in Japan.
