Uncharted 3 (PS3) is the biggest debut this week with sales at 500,000, which is 120,000 more than its predecessor. Combined with the Americas, first week sales Worldwide will be around 1.1 million. Again about 250,000 more than its predecessor did worldwide.
Sonic Generations only managed sales around 50,000. Battlefield 3 sold 550,000 in its second week, which is about a 50 percent drop. Goldeneye only sold about 30,000.

So isnt week one 1.2 million including Japan? i mean Japan is apart of this world is it not?
Wow this could probably outsell Battlefield 3 first week in EMMEA (360) fw! And it's defintly going to outsell BF3 (ps3) lifetime sales
wow! the american and european sales of uncharted 3 are very similar...didnt expect this one...well done europe!
a crappy port of a crappy remake of a 13 year old game. 30k are more than enough
prediction: undertracked basis: absolutely nothing, other than it deserves more, and maybe the preorders made it seem like week one sale would be higher
Goldeneye's sales obviously prove that shooters can only sell on the Wii. /sarcasm
well i'm looking forward to seeing the hardware boost, and UC3 did perfectly, and 600k short of what i expected. i'd still like to know what the EMEAA pre-orders were and i'm surprised that UC3 didn't see the additional 200k or more most games during launch. heres hopping UC3 has the legs of GEARS3.
Let's hope it doesn't. Uncharted normally has much better legs than gears in relation to launch sales, that's why U2 is at around 5million and Gears 2 at around 6 million despite Gears 2 having a much bigger start. If Uncharted had legs like Gears it would sell less not more.
