Gran Turismo 5 Spec 2.0 is Live, Upcoming DLC Outlined

As of today, the biggest update ever to Gran Turismo 5, Spec 2.0, has gone live. It features a bevy of new features including:
- Standard cars will have cockpit views
- New opening movie
- Weather change menus
- 2011 NASCAR season cars
- Saving multiple car tunings
- Much more
In addition to the update, a load of paid DLC has been announced for Gran Turismo 5 , all due to hit the PSN next week.
- Course Pack: 2 tracks, 5 layouts, $4.99
- Racing Car Pack: 15 new cars including the Red Bull X2011, $7.99
- Racing Gear Pack: An assortment of 90 helmets, racing suits, and other racing gear, $2.99
- Paint Pack: 100 new colors, $1.99
All the packs can be bought together for a combined price of $11.99, a savings of $5.97.
