Ninja Gaiden 3 Officially Getting PlayStation Move Support

by Chris Arnone, posted on 16 August 2011 / 737 Views

That's right, because obviously a new Ninja Gaiden game won't be hard enough with a standard DualShock 3, Team NINJA and Tecmo Koei are announcing full PlayStation Move compatibility for Ninja Gaiden 3. It will be the very first time the Ninja Gaidenseries will feature motion controls.

"We are really excited to announce this fantastic news at one of Europe's most prestigious game events that is Gamescom," said Team NINJA head Yosuke Hayashi, "NINJA GAIDEN 3 is all about slicing and chopping through flesh and bone and PlayStation Move bring(s) players even closer to the game's protagonist Ryu Hayabusa. The game will be compatible with all Move peripherals and it will feature full compatibility with this exciting new hardware."

Ninja Gaiden 3 is currently slated for sometime early next year for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

I already knew I was gonna get this game when it was announced. The fact that is has move controls now just makes me wanna pre-order it. Looks like my move controller won't always be collecting dust.
