PlayStation Vita Vs. PSP Global:

Gap change in latest month: 464,092 - PSP

Gap change over last 12 months: 6,303,735 - PSP

Total Lead: 14,227,985 – PSP

PlayStation Vita Total Sales: 8,186,897

PSP Total Sales: 22,414,882

In the latest month of sales for the PlayStation Vita it has fallen another 464,092 units further behind its predecessor the PSP. In the last year the gap has grown 6,303,735 in favor of the PSP. The PSP currently leads by 14,227,985 in the first 29 months. The gap is expected to continue to grow in the next month.

Both handhelds launched in December in Japan, the PSP in December 2004 and the Vita in December 2011. The Vita has sold 8,186,897 units in its first 29 months on sale, while the PSP has sold 22,414,882 units.

55,000,000 of gap on the end of gen in the better of cases. I'm sorry for PS Vita but not have proper support from Sony.

Sony might as well just abandon the Vita. It's not getting better and I don't see sony doing anything about it. or at least make it a Japan exclusive console.

It can do well in Europe. At least a lot better than US. Discontinue only in North America.
