I'm coming around to the conspiracy theory about Nintendo controlling supply for marketing purposes. MKWii is a DVD with a molded piece of plastic; having it typically out of stock in US and Europe for many weeks at at time, months after release, is either intentional or incompetence, and sorry, Nintendo is not dumb... MK Wii has better online and a broader appeal, so yeah, I think it will eventually outsell Brawl. But I'm on record as saying that Brawl will outsell all other titles this year (GTA IV is split by platform), so I think Brawl will hold out until '09. Message | Report |

I definitely have to say Wii-Kart is addictive... we've played through a few 32-track circuits now, and it's quickly becoming a party-machine (group play and beer) along with Wii-Bowling and Wii-Brawl. That's a stellar line-up for just fun hours. Message | Report |

This game is awesome! After the not-so-positive reviews (especially Gametrailers's and some of the ones that gave it 6's) I wasn't too sure about the game, so my expectations weren't that high. When I first got the game, my brother wanted to go straight to online. At first I thought it was ok and fun, mostly because I didn't know how to play XD. But now that I can actually race and know the tracks/game a lot more, I find it very fun and addicting. More than once I have found my self saying, "just one more race" for 30 minutes or more! As my first Mario Kart game, I was a little skeptical at first, it was fun, yes, but not the blast that I thought it was going to be. But then I actually starting getting good at it (Rol is right, it's not completely based on luck), and we had 6 people over playing it, and it was just a blast. Definite buy once I get enough money. I wasn't too good with the wheel though, which disappointed me, and then one of my friends who doesn't play a lot of video games (besides WarioWare and WiiSports) was totally destroying most of us regular gamers with it, so I think I'm going to go back to it, since now that I better understand the game, perhaps I'll do better with it. 9/10 from me. This game is a total blast! My wife even enjoys playing this game. We have five people in our house wanting to play with four wheels! It is fun getting several friends together to play online and playing various other people online is totally awesome as well. So far, I think it far surpasses Mario Kart Double Dash and is almost as good/fun as the original. Well worth the money to buy it. We have over 30 hours of gameplay in since we bought it and are barely home that much. This might not be the "best" game out on Wii yet but very well could be the top "must have" game out. A rocking time for anyone who plays it. After playing this, I'm now seriously anxious for Mario Tennis to hit Wii. Especially if they take it online as well!! Message | Report |

It's been a long time since I played a Mario Kart game... I couldn't stand the change to analog (not that the D-pad ever agreed with me in racing games), so switching to something as intuitive as an actual steering wheel interface was just what I needed to get back into the series. That aside, I'm having a blast with it. It's quite nifty how you can't get stuck in last place for the whole race if you keep messing up, but at the same time, you have to fight tooth-and-nail to keep first place. That's the kind of balancing that makes the experience a novel one, instead of a tedious and predictable one like most racing games end up being. Message | Report |

I have only played 64, GC and Wii versions battle modes but Wii is by far the best of the three... offline it is a tad annoying being forced into teams but it still trounces the terrible N64 battle mode and the even worse GC version. Battle sucks, but the regular races and VS is great, lots more fun than most previous installments (which were really fun too). It doesn't top Mario Kart 64, my personal favorite, but it's very good nonetheless... Except for Battle. Message | Report |

@Donxhill - Haven't you been paying attention? Both previous installments (Double Dash and DS) had different karts available. Additionally, Mario Kart Wii videos have shown racers with different karts - proving that they will, again, have choices available. Message | Report |

Dont know about the Kart style Should they change it so that each char has a diffrent one or keep it as its always been where every one is the same. This may have some role with weapons that can be used by certin char's or so on. But eather way This game will Prob kik ASS Message | Report |
