The list of the best-selling games in Germany for August 2026 have been released via game.de.
There are three games to debut in the top 20 this month with Star Wars Zero Company debuting in first place.
The other two new releases includes NBA 2K27 debuting in seventh place and Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 debuting in 20th place.
Two Ghost Recon titles re-entered the charts this week with Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands in second place and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint in third place.
Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced fell three spots to fourth place and Grand Theft Auto V dropped two spots to fifth place. Hogwarts Legacy is up four spots to sixth place, while Red Dead Redemption 2 fell fours spots to eighth place.
Spots nine through 13 are all re-entries with Mafia: The Definitive Edition in ninth place, Assassin's Creed Odyssey in 10th place, Need for Speed: Heat in 11th place, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 in 12th place, and Mafia: The Old Country in 13th place.
