Xbox building the lead for the year over PS. I love this industry cause it is so unpredictable. Must be so hard working as a head of these 3 companies.

Depends on the time period. Console launch, hard. If they're successful and no big issues arise, they probably lean back and put their feet on the desk.

It couldn't be more true. And this is the best thing that can happen to the industry. Without this extreme competition we would all be playing Pong.

Wow Xbox is actually beating PS5 so far this year! Didn't expect that.
And Switch going strong as usual. Won't be as strong as last year, but will easily be a 20+ million year again. Already 1.2 million ahead of 2019 when it sold ~19 million. Expect it'll beat that year by a few million.

MSoft seems to be able to deal with shortages a lot better than Sony. That a new console sells almost 800k consoles less in just three months is something to be worried about.
