Pokémon Arceus should prevent Switch sales to drop below 300k next week, but it seems that Switch's baseline will be around 250k this year, which is still great for a 5 years old console.

It'll probably hold above 300k in general. Nintendo likely released fewer systems into the wild to have more available for Pokemon week so sales are artificially low here. Also there's several huge games coming this year. Additionally it would make sense for Switch to get it's first price drop this year as the Switch is getting into its last couple of years.
Low weeks may get down to 250k though.

Arceus is massive online. I see so many viral tweets about it, i think there is a good chance it builds momentum for a few weeks. Then Kirby will help a little

I wonder what caused such an uptick for the Series that week?

And possibly an increase in Series S sales, units that were already in stock but that there was increased interest in thanks to the proposed Activision Blizzard deal.

Seems pretty wild that the Xbox One is still on these charts at all, after Microsoft confirmed they stopped manufacturing the Xbox One S back in December 2020. That means that somehow 13 months later there is still new stock being found in the back of warehouses lol

As I wrote in December PS5 is overestimated. Will it be always?
