Today at Microsoft's Xbox Press Conference, Xbox Live's Marc Whitten announced the launch of a "New Xbox Experience" coming to Xbox 360. Using Kinect, users will now be able to search for specific content through voice commands.

They also announced plans to increase the amount of content available on the 360 by a factor of 10, estimating millions of pieces of content will soon be available. Bing is coming to Xbox live and using voice search will be able to find both gaming and video content by searching Netflix, Hulu Plus, and the Xbox Live marketplace. Youtube will be available through Xbox Live for the first time when the update goes live.

The biggest surprise was the announcement of Live Television coming to Xbox Live. By partnering with a number of TV providers around the world, Microsoft will now be able to provide news, sports, cable programming, local channels, and  more all instantly accessible through Kinect voice controls.

The "New Xbox Experience" will be available this fall on Xbox 360.

I agree completely with ghaleon1980. There is a reason we pay for live, and thats because it gets better and better while, the psn works fine, you don't see alot of the same exclusivity and features being added as live does.

YES! I am personally highly looking forward towards streaming UFC PPV - the UFC's website streaming service still has too many artifacts in it to justify the 44.99 price tag of a PPV. Give me clear HD and I am in! Also, thank you sweet Jesus for Bing. Finally!!!!
