Modern Warfare 3 Gameplay Trailer Blows the Crap Out of Everything

The promised gameplay trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has popped up on the internet a little ahead of schedule, via everyone's favorite source for early gaming footage, YouTube. The leak prompted Activision to throw an official version onto the same website, and so here it is, available in 720p (fullscreen) for your viewing pleasure.

The trailer itself shows off the dire state of affairs within the world's most powerful countries. Things explode, bullets are fired, and numerous soldiers duck-and-run for cover. Most, if not all, of what is shown appears to be in-engine cinematic events rather than actual "gameplay." Still, it gives you an idea of what to expect when the game launches in November.

All be told, this is a very Call of Duty trailer. Just the way you like it.

I usually like CoD games, but this one seems like the same old, same old... IMO the fact that the game is made by 3 different teams will hurt the games quality a LOT.

*YAWN* Didn't we see this in Call of Duty 2 where the main campaign is divided between the USA, UK, and the USSR? Good lordy, Call of Duty is quickly becoming the Michael Bay of video games. Too much flash and not enough meat on the ribs if you ask me.

it looks good, but not really unlike anything we haven't seen from BF3 which was all in game actual gameplay...

Lol crysis 2 still looks alot better than this game and BF3 definetly looks better than this game.

Well it looks good of course, but when its released, we'll see what has been added/removed. Lets just hope it doesn't overheat our machines :) ....When do we get to see the trailer for the downloadable BinLaden map pack???

Looks like the Bf3 trailer and the crysis 2 trailer. im not to excited about cod, ill wait til it comes out and see what friends think before i get it.

Not epic enough. Need both the Covenant and the Reapers invading earth in MW3 to get it to the necessary level of awesome. Then Call of Duty will also get much needed space marines to.

They should include conturies like China, India and Japan. They're a lot more powerful than countires like Germany.... I think?

A great trailer does not make a great game. Hopefully, they will release a demo in Oct. Then we will know.

The trailer was absolutely brilliant. Can't wait to play, need to play MW3 NOW.

Looks okay I suppose but with other games coming out it doesn't really look like it is offering anything new (which can be said about most CoD games). With my Activision ban recently in effect I will gladly pass on any more CoD games. Activision needs to be taught a lesson which they haven't even learned from exploiting Guitar Hero into oblivion.

it blows the crap out of every other COD trailer. but watching the 12 mins of gameplay from the BF3 trailer. its easy to see that BF3 wins hands down...

Wow, rip off Crysis 2 much. Lastly, those graphics are looking so plastic and rough like now compared to what BF3 has shown. Activisions regular annual cash grab in full swing, again. Here's an idea Activision, use some of the billions you have earned the last four years and ensure the most successful franchise this gen is cutting edge each year. Lord knows the fans deserve better than the reconstituted game you throw out every year.

Actually i sweared to myself to never buy a Cod again especially after what happened to the series with BO but man...their trailers really own...+ its IW...nvm preordering :D

Call of Duty has never been about single player and judging by this trailer MW3 doesn't change that. I've seen absolutely nothing new here.
