Overview
For a second straight week there are no games in their final week before launch. The top five games include Gears of War 3 (X360), Brink (X360), L.A. Noire (X360), The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (Wii), and Metal Fight Beyblade (DS). The top four games have 100,000 or more pre-orders. One game adds 50,000 or more pre-orders, two add 20,000 or more pre-orders and four add 10,000 or more pre-orders.

Other Hot Games
Brink for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 add a combined 49,000 pre-orders, up from 36,000 last week, for a combined total of 263,000. The Xbox 360 version is at number two as it adds 41,000 pre-orders, up from 31,000 the previous week, for a total of 206,000. The PlayStation 3 version is up three spot to number 12 as it adds 9,000 pre-orders up from 5,000 last week, for a total of 57,000. The game is two weeks away from launch.
L.A. Noire for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 add a combined 35,000 pre-orders, up from 25,000 last week, for a combined total of 226,000. The Xbox 360 version is at number three as it adds 20,000 pre-orders, down from 15,000 the previous week, for a total of 130,000. The PlayStation 3 version is up three spots to number six as it adds 15,000 pre-orders up from 11,000 pre-orders last week, for a total of 95,000. The game is three weeks away from launch.
Gears of War 3 (X360) is at the top as it adds 66,000 pre-orders down from 68,000 the previous week. The game currently sits at 515,000 pre-orders. The game is still 21 weeks away from launch.
Also in the top 10: The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (Wii) at number four adds 1,000 pre-orders the same as last week. The game currently sits at 107,000 pre-orders and currently has no release date in America.
Metal Fight Beyblade (DS) at number five adds just 318 pre-orders this week, which brings it to a total of 97,000 pre-orders. The game has no release date in America.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier (X360) down one spot to number seven adds 1,000 pre-orders, the same as last week, for a total of 93,000. The game has no release date in America.
NASCAR 2011: The Game (Wii) is also down one spot to number eight as it adds 5,000 pre-orders, the same as last week, for a total of 89,000. The game is four weeks away from launch.
Diablo III (PC) is at number nine as it adds 1,000 pre-order for a total of 85,000. The game currently has no release date in America.
Duke Nukem Forever (X360) rounds out the top 10 as it adds 7,000 pre-orders, up from 6,000 last week for a total of 73,000. The game is seven weeks away from launch.
Notable mentions outside the top 10: Battlefield 3 (X360) adds 8,000 pre-orders for a total of 52,000. As an extra for non-pro members the PlayStation 3 version is outside the top 20 as it adds 6,000 pre-orders for a total of 36,000. Also the top 3DS game on the chart is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D at number 41. It adds 5,000 pre-orders this week for a total of 19,000 and will most likely jump up the chart in the coming weeks. It is eight weeks away from launch.

Gears 3 beta is easily the best beta i have ever played. It definitely sets standard for how online console games should be online. This will probably pull the best exclusive week one ever. It wont pull Black Ops numbers though, but above Halo Reach.

I am surprised to see that the Xbox 360 has been leading the pre-orders for multiplatform titles. Lately, Xbox 360 multiplatform titles have been fallng behind the Playstation 3. It looks like that trend has tapered off.
