Free Xbox LIVE Gold Upgrade This Weekend - Also a World Record

This weekend those living in European countries will receive a free upgrade to Xbox LIVE Gold status. Also, everybody (living in each region) is invited to help make a Guinness World record attempt. Kinect Sports multiplayer will unlock for all regions so they can help participate in the record attempt. The potentially largest online 100m sprint will take place Saturday, April 23rd. So PSN free incentivated MS to do a free gold (even for a while) and gold made sony came up to Plus (not mandatory)... seems like things isn't exactly as people though.... and Who Knows, maybe the fanatics would say MS put PSN down and offered free gold to steal costumers.
