Super Mario Bros. has been done to death - fan films, Left 4 Dead mods, shameful missed opportunities, and amazing crossover games. However, there's just something about the timelessness of Mario (and World 1-1 of the original Super Mario Bros. specifically) that makes nearly anything it appears in worth watching.
This latest project is a 3DSMax animation (read: not actually playable) created by Brandon Laatsch. He's the partner of one of my personal favorite YouTube sensations, freddiew. Remember him from his "Future First Person Shooter?" Yeah you do.
This is what Mario might be like if it was a full-on FPS, complete with perks, killstreaks, and all that good stuff that the CoD fans just eat up. Will we ever get tired of more Mario stuff? Not yet!
Oh, and know what else? CHEAT CODE: hit the "1" key on your keyboard when the video is paused (or hold it down while it's playing) and you'll see a secret Princess Peach! Daaaaaang! That code *might* only work when you view it on YouTube. Easter eggs are awesome.

Good to watch but the way it imitated Call of Duty in the points scoring and challenges let it down. Mario wins by sticking to Mario
I hate this video... This is not a Call of Duty game, please ... BAD IDEA... I do not like first-person shooter games. Most fans of Mario does not like...
