Although Way of the Samurai 3 hasn’t been released in North America yet, a fourth title in the action-adventure series is already in development.
Rakuten, a Japanese retailer, recently listed the “Playstation 3 the Best” (the equivalent to Greatest Hits in North America) version of Way of the Samurai 3 Plus. Aside from the budgeted price and some new content, the upcoming re-release will also include a trailer for Way of the Samurai 4. The sequel will be released in 2010 according to the product description.
The “Playstation 3 the Best” of Way of the Samurai 3 Plus will be available in Japan on October 29th. Meanwhile, the localized version of Way of the Samurai 3 is coming to North America in October for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.

I was confused at first since I still haven't played WoTS 3!?
Good to hear that 3 is coming to NA since I absolutely LOVED 1 and 2. I actually think 1 was better than 2 but they are both amazing.
I hope they stick to what made the original so great. Varied story depending on your actions with tons of cool swords each with their own combo and move set. I also hope they keep the fighting controls semi-realistic with the blocks and parry.
