Switch is the Fastest Selling Nintendo Console Ever in Europe - News

Nintendo has revealed the Nintendo Switch in its launch weekend in Europe sold more than any other Nintendo hardware launch ever.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was also the best-selling Nintendo launch title ever, beating out Wii Sports, which was bundled with the Wii.

The Switch sold 80,000 units in its first weekend in the UK and 330,637 units in Japan.

No it sold worse than the handhelds, way below 3DS, but smashed the Wii U and unless they have shortages it should beat the Wii first week sales
