The 360 almost caught up to PS3 sales last year and it was just as far behind as it is this year. Except overall both aren't selling as well. I wonder how close the 360 will be behind PS3. I'm betting 700,000 with the rumored PS3 Super Slim releasing.

There actually is a larger difference this year, by 200k but yes the holidays can shrink that gap. A more interesting take away is that PS3 is up 700k from 2009 while 360 is down 200k from 2009. It just doesn't have the selling power right now and could be looking at too much market saturation or at least an indication that it needs a price cut. Next gen, I can smell it in the air.
