When you go to Extra Zone it say what charitar you want to be, it will say " Play as MP8 player " ( Mario party 8 ), but, it will also say if you want to play as a Mii, but sadly you can only be a Mii in the Extra Zone...

marioparty 9 coming soon , cant wait i just got done playing a game like monopoly called fortune street and it has mario characters in it as well
