Millions more likely own the game digitally. Its been on sale many times and was even a GwG release. I'm gonna revisit the series when it comes X1 BC.

I'm having hard time believing this game didn't pass the 6 million mark. Undertracked.

It surprised me, though, that the best selling GeoW was 2.

Actually Gears of War 3 was 100% non-bundled in 2012 and it only had the limited edition bundle in 2011 which would only appeal to Gears of War fans. This game has sold amazingly, especially considering it's never been bundled with a standard 360, I read somewhere that it's massively under-tracked too (I'll have to find a link to that claim).

UC2 got a holiday bundle.
