One of the Nintendo Wii's most successful experiments with motion-control, the Trauma Center franchise was able to leave the portable world of the DS and have the experiment translate well onto Nintendo's home console. Now two entries in, Atlus has announced the next chapter in the unique puzzle/surgery mash-up, the aptly named Trauma Team, and has penciled its release date for spring 2010.
Perhaps influenced by the rash of popular hospital television dramas (House, anyone?), Trauma Team is just that- a real team effort that spans across general surgeon, diagnostician, E.M.T., orthopedic surgeon, endoscope technician, and medical examiner. Expect highly-detailed artwork, stylish hair, and more drama than you can shake a catheter at.

WOHO! Finally! 2010 can't come soon enough!
Sweet, I've played both the games for the wii and loved them both. Sure they were similar, but it was the characters and story as well as the challenging game play that was amazing.
The first two games were too similar and not forgiving enough in easy mode. I'd hope this is something more.
More than surgery? Can't wait!

The trauma games always slip off my radar. I need to give these games a try at some point. I've heard only good things about this series.
