Never thought I'd drop north of 30 hours on a game with Rabbids heh... it was pretty darn fun, they nailed the look, and grant kirkhope came through as always with his own take on faithfully "Nintendo-esque" music. I really enjoyed it.
It’s putting up very good numbers. That’s awesome.
One of the most innovative games for switch. I enjoyed it a lot.
It's such a great game!!
Sorry, but what's innovative about it?
The strategy, the gameplay, the mix of universes.
Could you be more specific? How does it expand off the X-COM formula?
It doesn't expand too much, but I liked how it simplified the combat percentages and implemented the launching mechanic that felt very Mario-esque. As someone who spent a lot of time in XCom 2, that jumping and launching mechanic did make it feel somewhat unique.
Otherwise, I also enjoyed that it included an overworld map with puzzles, hidden treasures, and humor with it. I'm not sure it really deserves to be called "innovative", but it was definitely creative.
Good game and good sales, thanks to Mario, because Japan don't love rabbids.
That’s rare for a Western title. Although this one does use Japanese style art.
1 2 Switch keeps on selling, and I don't know why. It's not worth the asking price in any region. I'm also very surprised that the PS4 has been outselling the Switch for two consecutive weeks now. So much for the Switch outselling it lifetime in a quicker period than 2019. Really needs to hit 50k+ from now on. I think it'll be doable when more new games start releasing, because right now it is pretty stagnant besides Rabbids this week, which by the way killed it <3
The Switch is sold out and supply is strained. twitter.com/serkantoto/status/951853741405126656
Ok but downvoted for stating my opinion? You have to be joking.
Also, the ps4 is gearing up for what is shaping up the be it's biggest release to date with Monster Hunter World this week. Of course it's pulling great numbers right now.
