Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Sells an Estimated 452K Units First Week in the West at Retail - News

The fighting RPG from Bandai Namco Entertainment and Dimps - Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 - sold 451,740 units first week in the West at retail, according to our estimates. First week sales can be viewed on the VGChartz Global Weekly Chart for the week ending October 29.

Breaking down the sales by platform, the game sold best on the PlayStation 4 with 342,377 units sold (76%), compared to 109,363 units sold on the Xbox One (24%).

 

Breaking down the sales by region, the game sold best in the US with 193,707 units sold (43%), compared to 174,156 units sold in Europe (39%). Looking more closely at Europe, the game sold an estimated 15,813 units in the UK, 27,560 units in Germany, and 52,184 units in France.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC worldwide on October 25.

Lot of DB fans in France.

The game is quite good and the extra activities are really creative. The story is a carbon copy of the first game, but there are some good moments in there.

I loved the first one, this one looked like pretty much a copy of that with some tweaks, altough I do like DBZ and I will play it eventually it wasn't worth full price for me, it looked more like an expension.
