Research Firm: Gaming Hardware Hit $67 Billion in 2014 - News

In 2014, gaming hardware sales reached $67 billion. PC sales accounted for one-third of the hardware sales. Smart Phones accounted for 23 percent of the sales, while consoles accounted for 16 percent of the sales.
Tablets accounted for 11 percent of gaming hardware sales. Peripherals reached eight percent of the sales and handhelds reached three percent. Android consoles accounted for just 0.07 percent. However, that is expected to grow once Nvidia releases their Shield Android console.

This chart doesn't really make sense. What are the smart phone sales? What is under PC? Every intel cpu/ every gpu sold is for gaming?
How exactly would they come up with the figures for smart phones (and tablets for that matter)? Does any smart phone count towards the gaming hardware tally? Or is it just for smart phone gaming peripherals?
Damn PC's have a lot and it's still growing which is good.
