Ready at Dawn's Next Game to be Like Uncharted - News

Ready at Dawn Studios, best known for the PSP spinoffs of the God of War-series, but also creators of Daxter for PSP and responsible for handling the porting the Wii-version of Okami, have a new project in the works. They even go so far to compare it to Naughty Dog's hit series Uncharted.
Speaking with Eurogamer, Ready at Dawn co-founder and creative director Ru Weerasuriya spoke quite openly about their new project, without actually revealing intricate details, and like previously stated, compared it to Uncharted.
“It’s the kind of game we’re going to make,” Weerasuriya said regarding Uncharted. “I’m just glad they did it first. It should prove to everybody it’s doable and it’s worth doing that kind of stuff.”
“I love playing story driven games. I love movies. I love things that involve me from start to end and give me a complete experience. That’s where our heads are. It’s definitely that kind of game we’re going to make. We’re not going to go off and make an open world, or an MMO, like everybody expects ex-Blizzard people to do,”
“We know what we’d like and we know what we’re good at.” he added, and also said that the game's core mechanics aren't quite ready to be shown off yet, and that there's lots of work still to be done.
He didn't mention anything concrete about the game's platform, simply stating that it'll be on "whatever platform our engine runs on". Right afterwards, however, he went on to explain that said engine is capable of running on "pretty much anything", so perhaps they've decided to move away from the PSP, which has been their best friend so far.
Personally, I'd like to know more, and thankfully Weerasuriya is compliant, saying that they'll be revealing the title for real "soon".
