Mischievous Mickey Mouse in the Opening Movie for His Latest Epic

The opening movie for Warren Spector's upcoming Wii exclusive Epic Mickey has been revealed. The new title, developed by Disney Interactive, is one which takes Mickey Mouse back to the dark and twisted roots that Disney has steered clear of in the recent past. The innovative gameplay mechanics involving paint and paint thinner to add and remove object to the game world along with the nostalgia inducing characters and scenery should make Epic Mickey a hit among all age groups.

“Setting the story for Disney Epic Mickey, Part One follows the adventures of a mischievous Mickey Mouse, revealing the origins of Wasteland – a world of things forgotten, retired or rejected – and offering clues to sites unseen from iconic animations long ago. Fans of Disney Epic Mickey will need to stay tuned as Part Two will be revealed in the coming weeks.”

Disney Epic Mickey will be available exclusively for Wii this holiday season.

That was... pretty epic! :-D I like the look of the game. Looks like in-game graphics, too, none of that silly CGI stuff.
