First we have to mention that this hack requires custom PSP firmware and the editing of the game's ISO and thus illegal on Sony's policies.
Hackers have released a code, called The Emperor's New Clothes", that makes it possible to strip the character models of their wear. For those wondering, the nude characters share the look with a naked Barbie more than a naked Woman.
Similar exploit was released for the original Xbox DOA:Extreme Beach Volleyball back in the day, but with more detailed results.

If i was a dev id make my char models have a penis so when hacks like this come out people may not want to try it so much. And why did they put hearts where the nipples should be if they dont have nipples?

Sad thing is, there are seriously people who think that True Adults (tm) shouldn't be at all ashamed about patching games to make the female characters nude and ridiculously over-sexualized, and that anyone who finds it at all creepy or screwed up is a squeamish baby. It's like they get their rocks off on controlling a sex slave or something.
