Control Won't Have New Game Plus, Photo Mode to be Added Post Launch - News

Remedy Entertainment's communications director Thomas Puha speaking with IGN an interview revealed Control won't have a new game plus mode and a Photo mode will be added post launch.
"There will be a Photo mode post launch. Once we’ve had a bit of a break from shipping the game, catch our breath, we’ll get to work on that," said Puha.
"There won’t be a New Game Plus mode. It’s something we’ve talked about, but unfortunately there are certain game design constraints, technical reasons and simply a lack of resources as to why we cannot do that."

Control is Jesse Fadens’s story. The main plot focuses on her personal search for answers as she grows into the role of the Director. The world of Control has its own story, as do the allies Jesse meets along the way. Side-quests and Secrets are everywhere. Jesse works with other Bureau agents, decodes cryptic ciphers and discovers strange Bureau experiments.

Control will launch for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC on August 27.
