PlayStation Classic on Sale for Just $20 at Best Buy - News
by William D'Angelo , posted on 01 September 2019 / 3,329 ViewsBest Buy is currently running a sale on Sony's PlayStation Classic. The mini-console is available for just $19.99. That is a $40 discount over the current MSRP of $59.99 and is 80 percent lower than the $100 price it launched at.
Here is an overview of the PlayStation Classic:
- PlayStation Classic comes with 20 pre-loaded games including, Final Fantasy VII, Jumping Flash, Ridge Racer Type 4, Tekken 3 and Wild Arms.
- This mini Console is approximately 45% smaller than the original PlayStation.
- Includes two wired Controllers, a virtual memory card and an HDMI cable.

Are we going to start making news articles for sales now? There's always a sale at BestBuy. DQ11 was $30 a few weeks ago. There are at least two games out right now that are 40% off over there.

I doubt that's going to happen now. This thing was a complete flop.
The library wasn't that bad, there were numerous games in this collection that were must have. However, poor emulation is a bigger problem and they used PAL ROMs that actually run slower.
It's not just Best Buy, Amazon too has it at $19.99. Though that could just be for Prime day.
