Ubisoft to Create Theme Park Based on Assassin's Creed & Other Properties - News
by Evan Norris , posted on 07 September 2015 / 3,191 ViewsUbisoft has announced plans for a theme park built around the publisher's games and properties, including Assassin's Creed and Rabbids. The park is scheduled to open in 2020 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

"Ubisoft’s intention for this park is to immerse people in reactive worlds where they can interact with each other and become the heroes of their own life-sized game," said Jean de Rivieres, senior vice president of Ubisoft Motion Pictures.
The park is a joint venture between Ubisoft Motion Pictures, which created a Rabbids ride for the Futuroscope theme park in France, and Malaysian theme park developer RSG.

But..uh..cool for them.
That's nice, but I hope they are realizing that Assassin's Creed isn't exactly in the same realm of recognizability Mickey Mouse and Darth Vader is for Disney parks, or Jurrassic Park and Harry Potter for Universal parks. Hell, even WB couldn't do it as succesfully as those, and WB has Superman and Batman!
