Xbox Disc-to-Digital Feature Now Available for All Players - News
by William D'Angelo , posted 4 days ago / 1,078 ViewsXbox has announced its disc-to-digital feature is now available for all Xbox players.
The feature lets Xbox players claim a digital entitlement by inserting a supported disc into an Xbox One or Xbox Series X console and launching the game. Once the entitlement is claimed, you can experience the benefits of digital, including Xbox Play Anywhere and Xbox Cloud Gaming where supported, while your physical disc continues to work exactly as it always has.
If you lose, sell, give away, or otherwise no longer posses the qualifying disc you may lose the disc-to-digital licensing benefits.
Not all Xbox One or Xbox Series X discs are eligible with the feature and the list of games that support it may change over time. This is due to technical, licensing, publishing, manufacturing, and other factors.

Is there a list of supported titles? Is it most games or only a select few?
you can check out all the ones people have tried leading up to this release: https://xct.live/disc2digital
The list is actually really solid. Some weird ones like Forza absent, and some launch discs dont seem to work. But i was afraid it would be a halfassed effort and its clearly not. Huge win for Xbox
