DmC: Definitive Edition Sells 76K First Week Worldwide - Article

A remastered version of the DmC: Devil May Cry game was released in North America and Europe on March 10, 2015. The game has sold 75,740 units at retail in its first week on sale for the week ending March 15, 2015, according to the VGChartz Global Weekly Chart.

DmC: Definitive Edition was released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PlayStation 4 version sold 50,606 units worldwide, while the Xbox One version sold 25,134 units.

When you break it down by region, the PlayStation 4 version sold 23,229 units in the US, while the Xbox One version sold 17,148 units. In Europe the PlayStation 4 version sold 19,995 units, while the Xbox One version sold 8,043 units.

DmC: Definitive Edition was developed by Ninja Theory and published by Capcom. The remastered version runs at 1080p and 60fps and includes all of the DLC release for the original version, new gameplay features, and new costumes. The game also allows players to use a manual targeting system.

The original version of the game, DmC: Devil May Cry, was released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on January 15, 2013.

Not as good as what other games have achieved, GTA 5 sold a million in one day on PC along with Cities Skylines in a month.
