I would be really surprised if Nintendo had much at all to do with this. These kinds of things are usually handled by temp agencies and the like.

Psht . Way to much logic in your comment. Just be silent and watch him win. Like the idiot that sued Nintendo because SHARP was making 3D displays that use a similar technology to the tech of the moronic former Sony employee Nintendo didnt hire.

Or how a patent troll/hoarder like Phlips can sue Nintendo because stupidity.

Best of luck to the guy's health. Here's hoping he and Nintendo come to a reasonable settlement. Pretty random though. I wonder how often Nintendo gets sued.

While Nintendo does need to concern themselves with the well being of suit actors, this guy could have quit at any point in time during the day. If he's in any kind of union he has a right to breaks as well, and should have enforced it.

Though I realize that if threatened that you won't get paid, many people opt out of putting safety first.

In the end, it is likely this chump will be sued by Nintendo for slander and legal expenses.

The lawsuit seems to be justified, dangerous working conditions caused harm to personal. I see no problem here.

Maybe he was misinformed about taking breaks, but if this really happened then it is a real fuck up from Nintendo.

That he sues a year and a half later could mean several things, the first one probably being that he needed to save up for a lawsuit after expensive surgery, while also needing to get his evidence for the case in order.
