Dodging That Queer Blue Shell!

Option 1.) You have a speed boost power-up (or invincibility star) of some kind. Just when the blue shell is above you, use your power-up so that the blue shell hits something, just not you:)

Option 2.) Choose "Manual" on the screen when you pick the way you want to drift. When you hear the blue shell coming(shwank is the approximate sound), start drifting (press and hold B and turn). As the shell is above you and is about to descend, let go. Voila! It misses!
