I definitely don't think it will get 1 mil 1st day. (as it doesn't have the Brawl, Mkwii, Gta4, Halo3 type popularity.) However, it should get over 1 mil 1st week. (a nice 1.4 or 1.5 mil.) Dark Odin, that's impossible, imo. (referring to your rediculously high numbers for its 1st weeks in each territory.) Getting over 1mil in Na sounds like a dream for the game, as Gta4 Ps3 barely got over that. I think in Europe it will launch in the 400k range not that high like you put it. In Japan, I can't say. The Ps3's userbase is so tiny and the sales are so pitiful weekly, but the Mgs series has been rising in popularity every release there. In America it will launch around Galaxy numbers for the 1st week. (650k) Expect good things though. Message | Report |

I believe that this is the first real Metal Gear to be either complete action, or stealth it's up to the player. Also, you can either play 3rd or first person right through the game. Lets look at history; all Metal Gear Games have been killers and amazing sellers too. Anyone who doubts this game is a MORON! Can't wait. I can't tell which is worse. That this game has what many people would call a very bad average review score, or that it's one of the highest rated PS3 games on the site. All user review scores on this site seem lower then the "metacritic" averages for games no matter the platform. Which is strange. Usually user reviews are always higher. I'd guess it has something to do with user reviews being so eaisly accessable from the front page. Message | Report |
