The PlayStation Store has leaked the return of a veteran character for the upcoming game, Resident Evil Requiem.

The leak was revealed in an updated box art that is visible to users on the PS5 and spotted by multiple users on social media. A high quality version of the box art can be seen below (via user on ResetEra), which revealed the return of Leon S. Kennedy, alongside Grace Ashcroft.

A new trailer for Resident Evil Requiem will premiere at The Game Awards this Thursday, December 11. It will likely see the official reveal of Leon S. Kennedy.

Resident Evil Requiem will launch for the Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on February 27, 2026.
