Very good based off only 2 mainline games, I wonder what the split is my guess would be something like

24m Zero Dawn
12m Forbidden West
1m Remaster
<=1m Lego Horizon
<=1m Call of the mountain

I think the Lego game was like 100k, it was a massive bomb. It wasn't even a good lego game, just low effort rubbish made by some random studio. No idea how that game even happened.

Amazing numbers for an incredible franchise.

Both Zero Dawn and Forbidden West are phenomenal games.

Can’t wait for Horizon 3.

Great numbers. It's always good to see such young IP with these amazing results, i mean, even most of Nintendo made games fail to make such success.

The 3rd main installment should push the series over 50 million. Methinks it will be either a late PS5 release or more than likely a cross-gen game like Forbidden West.

If the online game comes first then (2027), I think HZ3 will be a cross gen game, 2029

Hopefully the third game is a masterpiece!

I don't get all the "down voting" here. Lot's of salt and hate for an amazing IP is my best hypothesis.

Great numbers. Not a fan of the game but it is really impressive because it is a new IP, not something that came all the way from PS2 era. The only thing is that I believe 2 sold much less than 1, and considering the high costs to produce the game, there must be a lot of stress and questioning internally about how the next one will sell.

Probably around 22M for 1, 11M for 2 and the other 5M between the remaster and spin offs.

It's good considering HFW got wrecked by Elden Ring when it launched.

It definitely got overshadowed at launch but thankfully it rebounded and started gaining traction with the major update that transformed the performance mode in summer of 2022 and the bundles.

Did it though? As we all know, what people say online doesn't represent real ife in any shape or form at all.

Looking at the sales figures, it didn't get wrecked at all.

Exactly!.. and yes, i remember the game climbing up the charts and many positive talks about it by mid 2022

We have to remember that it was bunded with the PS5 for a long time at a time PS5 was still in huge demand. I'm not saying it's a failure but Elden Ring really overshadowed it. Not bashing the game as I still can't believe how incredible HFW looks on base PS4
