Publisher and developer CD Projekt announced sales for The Witcher franchise have topped 50 million units sold.

"Over 50 million adventurers joined Geralt on his journey from Kaer Morhen to Vizima, through Flotsam and Vergen, Velen and Novigrad to Skellige Isles and Toussaint, and many, many more places, time and time again… Thank you and may we meet on the path again!," said CD Projekt via Twitter.

The action RPG series started in 2007 with the launch of The Witcher for Windows PC. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings released in 2011 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt released in 2015. A spin-off title, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, released in 2018.

Same here. I can see that it's a quality title, and I am gald that it's doing well, but it did not manage to capture my attention the same way as it did for other folks. Maybe 4 will change that :-)

Yep. Reason why I don't review or score games that I didn't like. Because I can objectively seem it is a quality product but if I was grading on my taste and like I would give an unfairly low score.
