Steam has revealed the top 100 best sellers of 2016 by gross revenue. No exact figures were shown, however, games were broken down into Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

No Man's Sky, Rocket League, The Division, and Dark Souls III are four of the 12 games that were Platinum status. 

There were 12 games that reached Gold status. This includes Team Fortress 2, Doom, Rise of the Tomb Raider, 20 Year Celebration, and Warframe.

16 games reached Silver status, while the remaining 60 games reached Bronze status.

Glad that Deus Ex and WatchDogs 2 made silver, and Dragon's Dogma and Just Cause 3 made bronze. I'll take it.

Uhm what milestones are Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze for video games? Is platinum one million downloads?

These appear to measure revenue, not download count
