Niantic announced that Pokémon GO trainers have walked 8.7 billion kilometers as of December 7 in search of Pokémon. That is more than 200,000 trips around Earth.

Trainers have caught more than 88 billion Pokémon. That is about 533 million every day.

88 billion pokemon caught to date. And I'm willing to bet half of them are rattatas, pidgeys and zubats.

Don't forget Weedles! Who doesn't love catching 400 weedles, just like Ash in the cartoon did!

Love that the Video has no sound or music, Looks like Nintendo has hit the copyright strike button too quickly on it. (or Niantic can't figure out how to add audio to a video, which is more likely)
