I'm surprised all the other Wii named titles on the Wii U like Wii Fit U and Wii Sports Club failed to sell well but this one did.
Gammalad (on 12 December 2014)
This may actually get 2M+ LTD who knew.
DarkRPGamer007 (on 05 December 2014)
This might actually reach 5m lifetime
NintendoPie (on 10 April 2014)
So this is the only casual game from the Wii-era that actually semi made it through without losing tons of sales. Even if the Japanese bundling was taken out of the picture, this is doing "well" in Europe and the US.
PikminDude123 (on 11 March 2014)
I never thought this would sell so well!

@Fusioncode, considering that the original Wii Party in Japan sold better than it did in America but less than Europe and assuming the Wii U version would follow that pattern it would probably be around 700k LTD worldwide around now.
Fusioncode (on 26 February 2014)
I wonder how this would have sold without the massive bundling in Japan...
TreeTurtle (on 21 January 2014)
I never thought Wii Party U would sell a million. Congrats!
Nintentacle (on 21 January 2014)
1 MILLION!!!!! WII SHOULD THROW A PARTY!!!!!!!!!
Salnax (on 21 January 2014)
Moral of the story: Japan is still VERY relevant for certain games and genres, even if the United States and Europe are theoretically bigger.
SuperUltraAlt (on 20 January 2014)
It's probably sold 1 million now, but the last update is from January 4th
zippy (on 03 January 2014)
This is so gonna be a million seller.
Anfebious (on 02 January 2014)
I wonder how many copies this game will end up selling!
biotonne20 (on 22 December 2013)
I think it can do 100k the week ending December 14
leedlelee (on 10 December 2013)
Bundling can really do magic...
FarleyMcFirefly (on 10 December 2013)

curl-6 (on 03 December 2013)

Salnax (on 12 November 2013)
When I think about "Games that sell overwhlemingly better in Japan," perhaps I should include party games...
