videojug: Gaming Videos for the Uninitiated

Our friends at videojug have been making videos for all sorts of things for a while now and that includes video games. They've been overlooked for a long time because many of their videos don't answer the needs of core gamers. How do I get that last feather in Assassin's Creed II? How do I beat the final boss of Demon's Souls? These are the questions the core gamer turns to youtube for.

But what do you do when your mom calls with a fairly easy question about her new Wii game? Who do the casual or uninitiated turn to for the broad strokes questions? Youtube is filled with very specific videos but won't necessarily cover the topics most core gamers consider easy. Enter: videojug.

Just looking at the three hottest videos in the gaming section, you'll see (at the time of this writing) "How to Play as Link and Ganondorf on Super Smash Bros. Brawl", "How to Unlock all Characters in Mario Kart Wii", and "How to Play FIFA 10".

These aren't super in-depth, but they could keep your noob friends from interrupting your Rocketfight session in Halo: Reach with "dumb" questions.
