Yakuza 4 Will Get Fewer Cuts than Yakuza 3 Did

SEGA community manager Aaron Webber said, when speaking to Kotaku, that our version of Yakuza 4 will keep hostess clubs and the hostesses within them will be back, and so will Mahjong and all of the game's sidequests.
One part of the game will be getting the axe, though, and that is the interactive japanese trivia show Answer X Answer, and not because of it being too Japanese for western audiences, but because of its 16-bit graphics. According to SEGA, the amount of work it would take to rework the text for the mini-game would be so substantial that the game would miss its Spring 2011 release date, which feels like its more important than a single mini-game, said Webber.
Yakuza 4 has been out in Japan since March, and will be seeing its release on western shores shortly.
